Prices-

Are quoted for adults (16yrs & over), Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include GST.

Children-

Aged 5 to 15 are at approx’ 75% of adult rates, (approx’ 50% for Day tours).  Children under 16 must have an adult accompanying them. Baby carriers fitted to bicycles are suitable for babies over 6 months & for children up to 22Kg. Note: not all tours are suitable for young children. Please check when booking.

Own bike & Equipment-

People are welcome to bring their own bike, helmet & camping gear, however BPCT can not ensure the suitability of such equipment. Please check when booking. There is no price difference if using your own bike.

Booking-

20% non refundable deposit, completion of our Application form & acceptance by BPCT confirms your booking.

Cancellations-

The deposit in non refundable. However the deposit may be used towards another tour, if the participant wishes to depart from the booked tour and more than 8 weeks notice. sFull refund (available to BPCT & less a 10% fee) is applicable should BPCT not substantially provide the tour booked. Alternative tours or dates can be offered in lieu of refunds.

Payment-

Balance payments are due 8 weeks prior to departure.                                  Deposit payments & Balance payments are accepted by Cheque or Money order.

Variations-

BPCT reserve the right to vary or cancel: tours, prices, dates, group sizes, accommodation, side tours, attractions & support vehicles etc, due to weather conditions, emergency situations, road conditions, safety considerations, unavailability, lack of minimum numbers, or any other reasonable cause.

Consent-

All participants are required to complete & sign an ‘Informed Consent Form’ which outlines some risks and responsibilities, prior to departure. Parents to sign on behalf of their children under 18 yrs of age.

Contractual-

BPCT is fully committed to substantially providing the tour for which the payment has been paid. The customer is obliged to participate in the tour booked. Customer requests to alter or depart from the advertised tour will be considered in line with the needs of the whole group, and BPCT operations.

Safety-

Safety is given first priority in every instance. Participants are to abide by the road rules of each state or territory. Parents/Care givers are to suitably supervise their children. Group needs always precede individual wants.
